We have completed projects located in and around the Houston metroplex area, all over the state from East Texas to Big Bend, in most of the other Gulf Coast states, plus Colorado, Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Georgia, Tennessee, and Mexico.

4,400 sf residence designed for healthy indoor air quality, minimal energy bills, minimal maintenance, fire protection, and environmental concerns. Designed to work with the microclimate of a sloping lot while integrating a 500 sf greenhouse and a water harvesting system. Design incorporates Environment Associates' Barrier Envelope Concept.

Approximately 6000 square feet. Steel-reinforced concrete structure at ground level with wood frame above. Designed to meet high wind load conditions and withstand ravages of water and sun.

2800 sf of living area. 9 ft to 22 ft ceilings. All major rooms receive natural light from at least two directions, some three. Entire energy bill for this totally air conditioned all electric cement home for August and September 2000 was $72 and $80 respectively, for the hottest summer months ever recording in Austin, TX. Featured on the Discovery Health Channel, January 2000. Five Star (highest) rating by Austin's Green Building Program! Among the highest point totals ever in the program's 14 year history.
Commissioned by the Southern Solar Energy Center, this home was the first year award winner of HL&P'S Energy Conservation Design Award Program. 2106 sf of air conditioned space in treeless housing development; family of three; husband offices at home. The total gas & electric bill for the first seven years averaged $67/month (typical Houston homes of same size average 3 times more).

Besides being highly energy efficient and exceptionally beautiful, this
home's careful design helped solve the owner's health problems. Allergen
collecting surfaces and materials were minimized, and chemically inert building
materials were used wherever possible, to reduce outgassing of harmful fumes.

4400 sf retirement home, including 1200 sf, 2-1/2 story greenhouse-solarium,
3200 sf of air conditioned floor area. Mostly 10 ft ceilings which vault
to as high as 16 ft. For the first summer when the house was fully occupied,
the highest energy bill was $150.00 for this total electric home.
3900 sf all electric home for family of 8 on a treeless lot had a first
year total energy bill that was less than the yearly total gas & electric
bills for the 1700 sf late 1980's vintage home in which they used to live
nearby.

All electric one-story brick home of approximately
