Choose the level of service that fits your budget - from the most affordable Level 1 to the most comprehensive Level 3 with optional Level 4 Construction Follow-Through. LEVEL 1 DESIGN COUNSELING & TECHNICAL CONSULTING On an hourly "as needed" basis, Level 1 services provide affordable access to experienced professionals. Level 1 services include design assistance, second options, feasibility studies, answers to technical design and construction questions, site analysis, answers to energy conservation, solar and environmental health concerns, access to sources of unusual building components, or time to just discuss an idea. LEVEL 2 SCHEMATIC DESIGN & PLANNING Level 2 services take all fixed and variable criteria into account in order to produce the master plan for a successful home. Our unique design approach and expertise is essential fo those who want a "Sustainable Home," a home that will remain affordable, healthful, and exceptionally livable well into the future. Level 2 services include site analysis and conceptual development, scaled schematic floor plans, exterior elevations, and a building section. This can be extended to include outline material specification, typical construction details, and construction cost estimates from qualified contractors. LEVEL 3 FULL DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION Level 3 is for clients who want to "do it right," from the initial concept to the final construction documents. It includes design and documentation services, including conceptual design, aesthetic, functional and technical design refinements, to details, and the construction drawings and specifications necessary for proper construction. This level of service allows clients whatever level of involvement they wish, from very little input to full participation in the whole process. LEVEL 4 CONSTRUCTION FOLLOW-THROUGH Level 4 services consist of overseeing the construction process. These services help assure that proper building practices are used, that all the final finishing decisions and touches will be there, that the client will be generally sheltered from the usual stress, annoyances, worries and problems that occur during construction.
